I have been recently been discharged from bankruptcy. If I earn money or acquire any finances, do I have to declare this to the Official Receiver and am I still subject to an IVA/IPO?
If you have been discharged and are not already contributing into an IPA then there is nothing to worry about, its all over for you, so go buy some lottery tickets!
