HOW CAN A CREDITOR FILE FOR BANKRUPTCY, IF THEY SAY THAT THEY HAVE INVESTIGATED MY CURRENT FINANCIAL POSITION, OF WHICH SINCE THE LETTER I RECEIVED, MY POSITION HAS CHANGED? AT THE TIME I WAS UNEMPLOYED, BUT OF MAY THIS YEAR I HAVE BEEN WORKING.

Any creditor owed more than £750 can petition for your bankruptcy for an unpaid debt, regardless of your financial position.
