Hi All

Just wanted to confirm something if you are made br by a creditor and your house is in negative equity do you not get the option to buy out the or interest the same as you would if you petitioned for your own bankrupcy.

Yes you would get that same chance as there is no benefit to the creditors to do otherwise.
