Do you have to attend Court when the Repo Hearing is made? Would it be at my local court?

Thanks John, the only plan is to save as much as possible for renting. The mortgage provider says that they send round a counsellor after 2 missed payments to "talk about resolutions", there is no point in this, they do not have a current phone numb so unless they write and I get in touch surely they cant just turn up - as nothing they could say will change anything - thanks again.
