Hi,
Just wondered if the creditors get an opportunity to slag you off to the OR. I'm getting worried cause at the moment i am not answering any phone calls. I wrote to the creditors informing them that i could no longer afford the minimum payments and offered on a pro-rata system. I have only received 4 letters back- all of them negative and all saying they will hit me with a default notice. I am going BR 9th Oct. Just worried what the OR is going to say to me.

Hi tracy
the OR is not interested in what creditors have to say about you. What are they going to tell him?
That you haven't kept up the payments?
Nor have 99.9999% of BR's.

Don't worry on that score.
