If you are BR and were unable to put complete details down for all creditors and only, for instance, knew the amount and name of a creditor but not their address would you be deeemed as irresponsible and more lkely to end up with a BRO? Aren't creditors expected to keep an eye on the Gazette to see if any of their debtors are BR?
Hi the information you describe has nothing to do with a BRO. It is to assist the OR's examiner. I guess the creditor name and amount is sufficient for the examiner to research and establish the other details but you are required to co-operate so a little work from your side would not go amiss in the examiner's eyes.
It would not be considered irresponsible not to know the address of your creditors. Sometimes debts have been passed around so many different collection agencies it would be difficult to find. The OR can usually find an address for creditors, and creditors would be able to find an account from your name and address.
