Well, we are phoning the Court on Monday to make our appointment to petition for BR - there is a 7 day waiting list so not too bad. We are in the process of filling in the forms and I have a few questions!! I have tried to surf and see if they have already been asked and answered so here goes:-

1. On the Bank Account and Credit Card section, do we list the credit cards that we have already put in the Unsecured section. My husband (we are going BR jointly) has 5 credit cards and debit cards and there won't be enough room! What does he do? Also, when we initially contacted the CCCS with a view to doing a DMP, they advised us to change bank account to Barclays which we did. Therefore, do we list our Barclays account on here as well as our old Lloyds TSB accounts (the overdrafts on these will be inlcuded in the BR) or do we list the Lloyds accounts on the page overleaf which questions which accounts we have held in the past 2 years?

2. When we put down a value for the cars, is it a Trade sale or private sale approximate valuation that we used?

3. I&E section - I have childcare vouchers taken from my salary which means that I am taxed on a lesser amount (salary sacrifice scheme). I have used my take home pay as exactly that listed on my pay slip. Am I supposed to list these vouchers anywhere else on the forms?

4. Finally (for now!) looking at BankuptC's I&E housekeeping expenditure, I think we have undervalued Housekeeping as we have put £300 (2 adults and a 5 year old) but I think it should be nearer £400. As we are doing the forms by hand as our computer is broken, can we use tippex to correct this?

As I have said before, thank goodness I have found this forum. You are all wonderful.

Hi

You need to put all account and credit card etc on the form, and if you run out of space use the sheet at the back for additional information.

The vlue of the vehicles is a forced sale value, what you think it might be worth at auction

If you use your take home pay as your income amount you need to be sure that you are discounting the cost of childcare from your expenditure, so it is not showing as a double expenditure.

If you are filling them in by hand you can use tippex, no problem.
