Hello

Havent been on for a while because of moving to scotland but I had my or interview which went well.I got to keep my car and any household items are also exempt. He has given me a month to see what my expenses will be in scotland because they will change a lot.

One question though I have is with the secured loan.I put under secured and unsecured and the OR said that any shortfall will be included in the bankruptcy. On the very day I was moving out of the property the secured loan people called me and asked me what I was going to pay untill the flat is sold.I have told them nothing.Mu question is can they make me pay anything or will it all get written off.

Many thanks

Hi Nicola,

don't worry about the secured loan. As you are now BR, they can only claim via the OR.
