Well i got my name in the paper in my local area today. My mother just phoned me to tell me. Apparently I'm the only one too!
The friends that I want to know already know, but I'm hoping the landlord of the rented property i'm moving into in October hasn't seen it. Oh bugger.

Nice to see your on here still. I only checked the insolvency register and the London Gazette online when we went BR but people i had not spoken to in ages knew. Oh well i dont care what people say anymore, im relaxed and now refreshed and i dont give a monkeys what is said to me, GP i would say you will be fine, its a dog eat dog world out there now with regards to rented and as long as you landlord gets his money i seriously doubt he would be worried, if asked be honest.
Oh and good luck for your interviews. :-)

I've got my OR interview on 3rd october. Spent this afternoon getting together all the statements etc. Got a few missing, but the bulk of the stuff they want is there. Quite sick of thinking about it all now, just want to get on with life |

Hiya
When i spoke to my OR the other day she was fine about me not having all my statements and stuff and she was fine that she might not even recieve all the stuff I am sending before my interview. I had to re-arrange my interview from the day she wanted due to work commitments so having it a couple of days earlier than I should have so hence not knowing if my docs will get to her in time. I'm guessing it will be fine. My ex decided not pay my maintenance last week, so down on my money again just trying to get the CSA to sort it now. I'm more angry at the mo than fed up (all down to my ex). But like i said before what will be, will be.

Thanks. It's just his little way of trying to control my life. I let it slip that I was going BR a couple of weeks ago during a heated conversation shall we say, he does owe me money from the divorce still so now he thinks that he's got away with that and that I've got my debts written off so not going to be struggling quite so much he's probably now thinking if he doesn't pay the maintanence i'm back to square one. What he doesn't know is I have a little bit of money put by, which is safe and the OR isn't interested in that, that will see me through the next few months giving plenty of time for the CSA to sort him out. Only thing is, I'm hoping it doesn't take too long as wanted to use that money for xmas and it's the kids birthdays in January, so fingers crossed it's sorted soonish. Just wish he would realise that the money goes towards the kids not me personally. I have a few choice names for him, but best keep them to myself!!

Men! I dont know they seriously dont think. I know what you mean though. Its not that long till christmas and i dont know about you but i cant wait even if its a ready meal for xmas dinner you know what i mean, it will be great, i have like everyone on here had my life run by debts and and this year it will be soooooo different.
Take care and keep us posted on how you get on with him and your interview. As you say whats done is done, no good looking back now its looking towards a great debt free future. :-)
