i am going down thr route of bankruptcy I have no assets and am currently on JSA will im have to make payments from my jsa towards my debts

no you will not whilst you are in receipt of JSA although if this ceases during bankruptcy and your income changes this could change things.

For your info being on JSA you should not have to pay court fees when declaring bankruptcy only the OR fees.
