Hi im out of work and my debts are building up. I split up with my girlfriend and im currently living with my mum. Even if i find a new job the amount of back date i have on my debts is too much for me to pay. I have noway of getting hold of the £495 either. Can u offer me any advice on the best course of action to please?

Im far from being an expert, but maybe if you give some more info then when an expert comes along they will advise you more.

How much are your debts?
Do you have any assets?
Is it defo Bankruptcy you are looking at?

I didnt want to read your post and not bother replying

Good luck and im in no doubt you will find the answers here

The weights are coming off my shoulders very slowly, but making such a big diference !!
