 affect on ex partner if I go bankrupt?

my ex partner who moved out 6 months ago and is now renting is still named on the morgage . thehouse has no equity in it if i go bankrupt how does this affect her

Hi

She will be contacted by the OR as joint owner to see if she wants to buy the beneficial interest if it is your intention to keep the house.

If you decide to let the house go and there is a shortfall after sale, she would be fully liable for it as the solvent joint owner.
