Dearsir/madam.
I have an occupational ill-helth pension from NHS Pensions, which I first recived benefits from 4th Feb 2008. If I declare myself bankrupt, although included in my statement of affairs, will any deduction be made from my pension? It is my sole soure of income. Thanks for any help and advice you can give me. Alex Highfield.

Hi

On the assumption you opted not to receive a lump sum payment and just to received an annuity, the OR would just look at your income from your pension.
