Sorry its me again about the car. Unfortunately there is no trace of the money being given to me. Could my partner ask for the car back from the OR? Or would an official letter from say a solicitor explaining that the car was bought with my partners money and he is the owner of the car help?
Sorry I am really worried I am going to lose the car and it is not even mine?

Hi

Essentially the car was a gift from your partner and is therefore an asset in the bankruptcy. However what I would suggest you do is get a realistic valuation of the vehicle and apply for it to be exempted from the estate as necessary for work.
