| i am considering bancrupt i went to my local bank to see if they can lower repayment but got no sattisfaction we do,nt know were to go from here thankyou |

Hi
So that we can help further we would need quite a lot more information to discuss ALL the options available to you.
So we will need to know income, expenditure, what assets you may have ( house, equity, business etc etc etc _ how many people in the home and what type of job you do.
we will be able to give some pointers then

Hi Michealct and welcome to you.
If you dont mind me asking, have you considered an IVA or DMP as this may be an option.
Do you have any assets like a house or cars etc.
Have you got any disposable income to offer as payment into an IVA.
What is the value of your debts, i am sorry if i am asking too many questions but we need a bit more info to help and guide you into the best possible options available.
Are you working, do you have a partner are they working.
If you feel you dont want to answer these online then i totally understand, you could give the helpline a call on monday and give them a little more info and they can go through it with you.
