Hi All
I am confused - I know this sounds crazy but I do not know if we have had our OR telephone interview!!
We went BR on 23rd October - OR called on 24th and 27th and we chatted, he said everything seemed straightforward and he did not forsee any problems. At the end of the second call he went through the standard do not get credit for 500 do not become a director of a company etc. I thought that was the interview(he said he did not need to see us)
We have since completed and sent back the standard forms for nil tax code etc but have not sent bank statements wageslips etc. What I am confused about is some of the posts say they have to send Bank states, wageslips etc and that their phone interview is booked for after that!!!!!!!! 
Can anyone tell me what is involved in the phone interview?? He discussed our credit cards etc with me and said he could not forsee any probs! I really do not know if we have had the interview!!!! We are waiting to hear back about the car - we had to email him valuations!

What was the code on the initial letter sent to you by the OR as this is an indication of whether they would need a complete interview or not.
Have a read through this and see if the letter that they sent to you has one of these codes on it if it does it may mean that you could have had your interview and they have all the info they need.
4.41 Debtor's petition case - Appointment letters
The appropriate appointment letter should be sent to the bankrupt within two working days of the initial review. The decision as to which letter to send depends on the type (see paragraphs 4.42 to 4.44) and circumstances of the case. The letters available are;
LIC - to be used when the bankrupt has been seen at court or at the office immediately after the making of the bankruptcy order.
LNI - to be used in type 0 cases where no interview is required.
LTI - to be used in type 1 cases (and some type 2 cases) where an interview is conducted by telephone.
NTB1 - standard face to face interview letter enclosing from PIQDP.

Notwithstanding what Jo says above it sounds to me that you have had your interview.
The OR's office seems to work in a mysterious way at the best of times and they do not ask everyone for the same things. A lot of it depends how old your debts are.
I wouldn't worry about anything till they ask for it, but I would certainly chase them up if you are waiting for something from them.

Thanks Jo, you are the font of all knowledge!!!!Thanks go_4 _broke I think you are right they do work in mysterious ways!!! I for one am certainly not complaining!!!!
I have just checked the paperwork - the letters we have been sent are LN1 - so I guess we dont need an interview. I am really pleased, OR has not even spoken to OH!! and he has the same letter LN1!!!!
Surely they will still want bank statements etc??
I am going to pour a glass of wine now - feel relieved!!

Thats great news. If they do need anything else they will contact you but i would not worry too much.
Enjoy your drink and do have one for me ;-)
Does the letter not mention if they needed anything sending downw, if not chill out, relax and dont worry.
Enjoy being debt free.

Thanks for the glass of vino.
Thats good about the OR and not needing anything else.
You just take it easy and not worry now, looks to me like an open and shut case, if they do need you they know where you are, so sit back and chill.
My weekend is going great, had my brother and his girlfriend down for the day, not seen him for ages so it made my day. :-)
