I am considering going bankrupt after taking advice. I have absolutely no equity
in our property which is on a joint mortgage
with my wife plus a secured loan. Can we get to keep the house?

Hi IO

Providing that you can keep up the repayments and they are not too high for you, then yes you would be able to keep the house.

You would have to get the BI bought for the figure of £1 plus fees £211 but that would be that.

Hope that helps.
