Hi and welcome
You can just put living beyond your means. Or you can advise a bit more and state about any past probelms you had like losing a job or marriage break up, that sort of thing.
Be honest but dont write an essay. Be to the point but dont make things up.

I put quite a lot on mine as it was a comination of many things that lead to my going bankrupt. Jo, should I change it so that it is briefer?

If your happy leave it. You starting to worry now.:-)
It will all be ok, put it how it was and the OR will be able to get a betetr idea. Just dont make it pages and pages and then incriminate yourself.
