Two weeks before being made bankrupt I received a lump sum from "cashing in" a pension policy. Part of this was used to pay mortgage arrears. Do i have to hand over the rest?

Hi den and welcome

What sort of figures are we talking about here if you dont me asking.

Have you had your interview yet and were you made BR by a creditor or did you declare yourself BR.

Hi,

I also am not yet bankrupt and cashed in all shares that we have amounting to approx. £5k. However we needed £1800 for compulsory company liquidation and bankruptcy costs. We also have no income, it took 5 weeks for Job Seekers claim to be approved, so £5k soon became a lot less. Should I be telling the OR?
