hi i went bankcrupt on 13th august 2008.i got two houses.the one im living in is in negative equity most likely because i only brought it a year ago so i missed three month mortage payments to get it repossed so that i can go homeless to council as i have wife and three kids.the second house is rented to tentants.this house is in joint names(me and wife)the O.R has wrote a letter saying if family wanted to buy my share as im only bankcrupt not wife.this house was brought two years ago and it might be in negitive equity.the O.R said somthing about paying £1 fee if it is in nagative equity.also the tenants who are living in the property might want to buy the house from me as they have mention this to me.
