| IF YOU DONT GO BANKRUPT AND YOU JUST KEEP ON FOBBING OFF CREDITORS WHAT CAN THEY HONESTLY DO, BESIDES THE CCJ AND BAILIFF BIT, WHAT CAN THEY DO, YES I WORK, I HAVE NOTHING OF ANY VALUE, I HAVE LOST EVERYTHING ALREADY HOUSE THE LOT. I HAVE NOTHING, I RENT HOUSE WITH WIFE WITH JUST NORMAL FURNITURE ( SHARED OWNERSHIP ) BUT WHAT ELSE IS THER FOR THEM IF YOU HAVE NOTHING, I HAVE SMALL CHILDREN X 3 AND OWN NOTHING . CAN THEY TAKE PART OF MY WAGES FROM MY EMPLOYER. CAN ANYBODY ANSWER THIS..? |

Technically a Creditor can go to court to get an order to take monies from your wages if you dont have any assets like a home to put a charge on or force a sale.

Hi
if you receive a CCJ and do not make the payments then an attachment of earnings will be made and the funds deducted from your salary at source.

| i work was saving up for my bankrupcy no chance now am now on a four day week if you get a ccj i got one i pay 15 pounds a month if you stop paying they can give you a attachment on your wages but it is based on your earnings how much you pay back 1 had a debt of 4000 pounds was paying 70 pounds a month could no longer afford that they took me to court and thats what the court said i had to pay on my ccj hope this helps |
