whilst getting fees together which will take a couple of months what do you do if the phone calls and letters then turn into bailliffs,i heard if they go to the police they can get an order to enter your property without your permission is this correct?

Hi

No, a bailiff cannot enter your premises as long as they are secure. That is, no doors left open and no windows left open either, and of course if you happen to be at home when they call you don't invite them in.
