yes the OR will check DVLA records going back 12 months. The SoA asks if you have disposed of a vehicle in the last 12 months.
As long as you have not sold it for less than it's true value then the sale itself is not an issue. If you have used the money to fund your bankruptcy fees and / or any other legitimate household cost (but not to pay creditors) that's ok too.
selling car to get fees will that be ok or not?
