hi im going to do vol rep and am hoping to move into rented very soon, when i go BR will it affect the property im renting as ive just looked at the insolvency register, and it says past and present addresses ?
it's much better to be in the rental before BR rather than try to acquire one after the event. It will depend entirely on your letting agent and/or landlord as to what affect, if any, your BR will have.
Most tenancy agreements now include a bankruptcy clause which entitles the landlord to take action. However, the reality is with a nice deposit "in the bank" as it were and a payment or two under your belt I've yet to see a landlord, particularly in these very difficult times, take any action providing he is happy with you as a tenant and receiving the rental payments on time.
Some posts on here have been very encouraging for would be tenants, landlords and agents are very often most sympathetic to your plight.
When you declare BR both your new and present addresses will be published.
no none at all. The way the credit agencies work these days the address should have no bearing on the report. The days of an address being "blacklisted" are passed.
