| hi again, It is possible that after 5 years some of my creditors could have wrote the debt off but is it also possible that one of them could have made me bankrupt with out me knowing.dave |

Hi
who knows what the creditors may have done internally in respect of your debts. Whatever it is you are still legally liable for them.
I'm not sure if you can go back over 5 years on the insolvency site to see if you were previously made bankrupt. It is possible for this to happen without your knowledge if you have moved around a lot in the interim.
Your credit report will tell you, I believe you were planning to send off for yours.
