hi all,
ell just wanted to post this to give EVERYONE HOPE 
we had our telephone interview today, and wow it went brilliantly, the examiner was sooooo good, he said that everything was very straightforward, and we had been very thorough with our SOA so it made it all very clear to him what had been happening with us, the reasons for our probs were very clear and he could see we had made every effort to keep paying our creditors til the very end, and for that reason he was applying for EARLY DISCHARGE in 6 months
he will implement a NT for hubby, and said there will be NO IPA, and even said that we should be claiming more on our expenses !
we are sooo relieved 
moving forward to new beginnings |

that's great news.
I doubt the NT tax code will actually happen as it takes a few weeks to set up and we only have about 10 weeks left of this tax year.
Good luck with the early discharge.

i'm still waiting to hear following my OR face to face interview but will let you know!
well done - sounds like you have eveything in control and that you have a very posotive debt free future!!! |

thanks guyi just hope this post will help put others at ease over their interview, cause i know how all those months of worry build up to a peak when its interview time, i felt like a time bomb waiting to go off, and it was all in vain !

Congrats on the OR interview. It sounds exactly like mine was on Wednesday...they must have been in a good mood that day! They didn't even want to speak to my hubby as we have mostly joint debts. I was also told we could get an early discharge. Like yourself we are very relieved and looking forward to a new start!
