Are you allowed to change your bankruptcy court date, or can you advise them of dates that you may not be able to attend because of work committments etc.

i cant see why not provided you give enough notice

I agree with the others, cant see why it would be a problem as im sure they will always be able to slot someone else in.

Onwards and Upwards is the way im going :-0)

Thanks for the advice, I wish I'd seen this website 2 years ago when I applied for my IVA as I had no expert advice what so ever. I highly recommend it.
