My next form section is the causes of bankruptcy section, my problems started over 7 years ago when i got divorces and most of the debts were in my name, after losing my job i set up a dmp with payplan, which was going on ok untill the summer of this year when our benefits were cut and my partner went back to work 3 days a week, so i used my credit card to pay other debts and the cycle continued, should i go into details, dates etc, like my step dad was diagnosed with cancer and given weeks to live, he lived in wales so i had to used the card for petrol and food etc travelling there etc before he died just before christmas.
Do i put all these details down or is that going off course.

sorry to go on just dont want to do the forms wrong, any advice would be a great help
thanks

Hey Stressed out

I think it would be useful for the or to get a good picture and by mentioning it all then i dont think you are going off course - you are merely stating events that led to where you are today.

You are not going on at all - you want to fill it in the best you can.

Good luck

Jenny
