I am sorry, another silly question.

I know that I need to take 3 copies of my SoA, but what else? I presume that they will want some ID, so have gathered my passport and have my driving licence in my purse. Do I need to take the letters re the debts I owe?

I hope I dont need too much else as I think I will be on my way to the court before anyone can reply to this. My hearing is at 10am and it will take me about an hour to get there.

Wish me luck!

Hey guys

As long as you take your copies of your petition and SOA along with your br fee (in cash) then that is all you need.

If you are claiming the court fee off, then you will also need to take proof of benefits you are on etc.
