Hiya. I was self employed and running a pub. I had a lot of personal debt so set up an IVA in July jointly with my partner. Since then we have struggled to keep up the £600 payment to the IVA.I have also missed morgage payments on a house that I rent out and missed payments on the HP on my car. We have been evicted from the pub and I have split up with my partner. I am now living with my patents and have loads of bills to pay from the pub. I need to go bancrupt but dont know where to start and I am worried about the bad credit affecting my parents and their house. I have done a spread sheet with everything I owe but don't know what to do next? Feel like I am drowning. Pls help.

Hi

call your local county court and have the forms for bankruptcy sent out (free).
Work through the forms and complete them listing your personal and business debts. When you call the court ask if they have an appointment policy (most do) and make your appointment then.
