sorry another few things coming up while i'm looking at the forms and info and stuff. there is a clause in my tenancy agreement saying that they can kick me out if i go bankrupt. its all up to date and never been in arrears except a few days late here and there. do you think there is a chance i may get kicked out? also my account keeping is awful. how do i explain to the or what has gone on what when all i know is i've juggled everything so much i can't remember what i pay with what. also i spent on my catalogue just before xmas to buy my kids some clothes as they had grown out of theirs. will this look bad because i've spent on it just before going bankrupt?

I too spent money on my catalogue before going br - only clothes for the children, and i have not been 'told off' yet. I think each or's office work differently, however cannot see it as fraud if you didnt know you were insolvent at that point.

If you have been a 'model tenant' then i am sure they would be ok, however have you thought about an anon call to the landlord (or even talk to them depepnding on how you get on). I think alot of landlords are being less harsh on their tenants at the moment anyway as they could well end up with worse tenants and in alot of debt.

You can only account for what you remember, so if you cant remember tell them - i wouldnt make something up just to give them an answer. Just be honest and you will be fine.

Good luck

Jenny
