| I go to court on thursday morning after what seems like the longest wait ever. I was just wondering if anyone knows the situation with Paypal. I am looking to have a proper clear out and sell a few old things on Ebay, but will this be something my OR wont look to favorably on? I'm not sure if they check Paypal accounts and would be REALLY grateful if anyone can help. |

Hey Robin and welcome to the forum
To be honest i completely forgot about my Paypal account (not got anything in there anyway), however if its just bits and pieces that you are planning on selling then thats fine. However if you are planning on starting a business out of it then the OR wont be too pleased.

I didn't declare my Paypal account as I'd forgotten about it as well! There was nothing in it at the time (and there's nothing in it now for that matter!) but I used it to do a bit of buying and selling without any problems.
Like Jenny says you shouldn't have a problem providing you're not planning on starting a business.
