just agreed a price on the house then received a b136 does this mean i cant sell the house even though im going to pay wot i owe the bank?

Hi

no it just means that once your solicitor is in funds from the sale of the property he/she must pay the 1st charge lender, any other secured lenders and now also the creditor placing the charge on your property, before you receive any balance.
