When I went Bankrupt the other day I did not mention a catalogue account I had. I Only owe them about £100 and was going to just pay the monthy payment of £12 next week. I was wanting to keep this account as I made a purchase on it about 6 weeks ago and did not want the account closed. Can this be a preffered payment if it is made after bankruptcy? If I don't mention the account will the OR be able to trace it? I am worried that I may get a BRU for it.

Hi

technically I'm sure you are aware that the catalogue debt should be included in your bankruptcy and the debt written off.

I'd be surprised if the OR attempted to apply a BRU /BRO for the sake of £100.
