Hi, can anyone tell me if the OR will take all my redundancy payment, or is there a fixed percentage that they take ??. The amount will be approx 15k.Thanx
if you are currently bankrupt ( think you are ) then you will need to advise the OR immediately .
They may be prepared to allow you to retain some of the funds while your claim for benefits etc kick in, however as a windfall they need ot be informed.
