| Hi, me again. I have done this as separate post as totally different subject to my earlier post. As well as everything else going on for me at the moment, one of my cats has become poorly. It is a relatively simple treatment but I found out today that with potential ultrasound and injections I may need to claim on my insurance. My insurance is with Lloyds TSB who are one of my main creditors for overdraft, credit card and loan, in my impending BR. I have always paid my insurance uptodate and I know that Lloyds have their pet insurance underwritten by an insurance company. Is my BR situation likely to invalidate my insurance even though I am up-to-date. Will Lloyds be aware of my claim? Help!!! My cats are both 11 and I know I cannot change my insurance to cover this claim as it wont be included. |

Hi
insurance cover is a seperate issue from borrowings so your bankruptcy should have no impact on the claim even though the provider is the same.

We got a cat a year ago and I made sure we got him insured. He's my baby and I know I couldn't afford afford it if he needed a lot of treatment if he wasn't insured. Fingers crossed he never needs it!

| I agree totally. My two are my absolute pride and joy and without having them both to care for would have made the desperation I have felt over the last few years even more intolerable. Just hope they settle in the new rented property ok. Thanks Skippy. |
