HELP! Can anyone tell me exactly what else do I need to take to court other than the Statement of Affairs and the Bankruptcy Petition (and of course the fee!). Do I take bank statements etc, or do I give those to the OR later. I can't seem to find any info about this. I have not got a photocopier at home so will need to copy them in a shop or something and my appointment is at 10.00am tomorrow!!

After you have your court appointment, you will receive contact from the OR who will then send you a letter requesting all the details i.e. bank statements etc etc.

Just take the SOA, Petition and your fee and that is that. I would recommend that you take two more copies of this information as you may be charged at the court for copies. Good luck! xx

Hi there as Maisie has stated you only need the forms (3 copies in total) but do not sign or date thr forms until you are at the court and in the presence of the clerk (as witness and they will need to be sworn)

Good luck and remember to let us know how it all goes

I took 3 copies of the forms when I went to court, as recommended, but in the end they only took 1 copy for some reason. Better to be safe than sorry, so I would take 3 just in case. That way, even if they don't take them all, you'll have your own copy to consult with when you have the meeting with the OR.
