Hi I am going to court on Wednesday to go BR. We have opened a COOP cashminder account as our new account for when our current accounts are closed. I get paid tomorrow will it be ok to take my pay out of my current account and put it into the new COOP account just I dont want the money around the house.

We have not stated the COOP account on the BR application as advised just I was not sure if this new account should or could be used until after out court date.

Thanks

Mick

if you want to not use the account until after BR then when you leave the court go to the bank and withdraw all your money and put it in the COOP
Alternatively put the money in the COOP as soon as you can because realistically the OR will understand you need your wages to live and pay bills and stuff
I really wouldn't worry either way
