Well I went to court this morning to file for bankruptcy at 9.00am. Seen almost straight away by bankruptcy clerk, papers checked, gave in fees, signed paperwork swore on bible and then went and took a seat in waiting area of court. Didnt even have to hand in letter of failure of IVA.
At 10.40am clerk came out to say that judge was doing my bankruptcy order without me being seen and said it would be about 20mins to wait. 11.05am OR call lasted about 10mins.
All not as bad as i thought, I was declared bankrupt at 10.45am.
The relief is unbelivable. just gotta wait for OR interview now which should be 1-2 weeks away.
Thankyou all for all your advice in the past two weeks! :o)
