had a letter today from red debt, confirming that the ddebt from 2001 is indeed statute barred and they will not contact us again! OR wants a copy emailing for the records, and are sending my new I&E form soon.
we had another letter the other day asking for more info on what we used cash withdrawls totaling £840 for in the 2 weeks before Br (obviously used for br fee), and where 971 credited to the acct came from, even though we sent his payslip for that month for this amount lol
