| my business partner as just gone br ,so,OR as got business accounts he needs ,gave business up about 10 months ago ,will want to see 12 monthes credit card ,bank statements for the last year or for the year before my business failed(personal cards) thanks |

apologies but I'm not clear on the question you are asking. Yes the OR will want to see statements related to the partnership but certainly not your personal statements.
The statements requested can go back 5 years if the OR so wishes, or he may ask for none at all.

i was in a partnership(pub business) WE GAVE KEYS BACK TO PUB CO IN JUNE 2008 ,SINCE THEN MY EX-BUSINESS PARTNER AS GONE BANKRUPT AT BEGINNING OF MARCH ,SO OR AS GOT THE BUSINESS DOCUMENTS THEY ASKED FOR(NOT HEARD ANYTHING SINCE).i plan to go br in near future,but have a personal bankloan and credit card debts as well so wondering what OR will need for my personal stuff -hope thats a bit clearer thanks

The standard requirement is 12 months but as per my previous post can be more, can be none.
