hi

Just come accross a problem. My car is in my mums name for insurance purposes as i have only recently turned 25.

However, i pay for the tax, insurance etc... Is this going to be a problem or should i put car in my name??

hi ownership of car is very different to registered keeper ( i.e. your mum)

Registered keeper is used by the DVLA to identify drivers for speeding * parking fines.

suggest you make no changes
