wow, 4th November to May 8th, congrats
We went Bankrupt on the 6th October 2008 We saw the O.R. within 2 hours.
We recieved the Early Discharge forms around the 20th Feb 2009 and promptly completed them and returned them to the R.T.L.U.
We are still waiting some 11 weeks later for any news.
When did you get your early dischare form to fill in?
Cheers Matt |

Hello I went B in early November 2008 and received an Income form to fill out in mid-March 2009 and then got a letter at the end of April 2009 to say the OR had finished with my case ...
6 months on I suppose the next step is to see if the Creditors agree to early discharge (if not then I will have to wait until early November 2009).
Congratulations to end or teather and I do hope sleeplessnights you hear something soon.
This forum is like a life boat it really is thank you so much everyone and a big thank you to JOHN England Jackman & Spacey a real Star! Don't see many of them these days not even in the Sky!

Hi Angie, if your OR has finished with your case, you will probably be refered to a RTLU department,if all is ok, you will have a letter of discharge which states your name, address and from the date this notice is filed in court you are discharged from bankruptcy.i hope you don't have to waite long for yours. Good Luck. EOT |

| Thanks for your reply end of teather for me the 6 months have gone by really slowly I suppose because I am out of work and finding each day tough to deal with in any case only 6 more months to go until early November 09 and then my 12 months will be complete and I won't have to wait for the creditors permission. |

Gone Br and had interview . Now waiting for all the admin and how much I am to pay. ? What is an RTLU. Why do you do an Income and E at the point of early disharge. Is this to re assess your IPA . ?Does this happen at the 12 mths stage as well or just for early discharge to inform creditors I know that you quite rightly have to inform them if you have a windfall, assett or changes to income but I thought that the onus was on the individual. Is the OR involvement and checks continuous throughout the 12 mth period. Obviuously they have control of your financial affairs on paper but I thought, prob niavely, that once the payment was set up and the admin complete that was it . I was told by an expert right at the outset that they do not ask to see bank statements again
