Hi there - the fee for filing for bankruptcy is Official Receiver's £360 plus court fee of £150. If you are in receipt of JSA you should have the court fee removed reducing your fee to £360, however if you have utilities in your name there are a number of 'voucher schemes' operating through various utility companies to fund the cost of filing for bankruptcy - these are only available via the Citizens Advice Bureau (CAB).
If your debts are under £15k and you have no assets you may be eligible for the new Debt Relief Orders(DRO) (cost £90) again these are available through your local CAB - make an appointment with the Money Advisor at your local branch for either the voucher scheme or DRO
Hope this helps
