What do I need to take to court with me when I go BR tommorrow, is it just 3 copies of statement of affairs and other online forms and £510 keep thinking I might forget something, panic setting in now. Also I've got no statements at all from any of my creditors, got rid of them all when I started iva and I'v only got 10 of the last 12 bank statements.

It's 3 copies of the SOA and the £510 unless you are going to the High Court in London in which case it is 1 copy and £522.

Don't bother taking the creditor statements as the OR will request these later. It's no problem if you don't have all of the statements as the OR can request these from the creditors.

Good luck and try not to worry.

Hi When i went to court (April 3rd 2009) all they wanted was the form correctly completed. The court sent me a copy of the forms about 1 week later. Also dont expect to see the OR soon as i am still waiting for my interview, although i have had a letter stating my bank account with Abbey is free as he has no intrest in it.
