me and my wife are going to file for b/r i know i need to pay but my wife is on long tearm sick after a breakdown will she get any help with paying

You should speak to the CAB as they will be able to assist with any advice about the fees. If you are benefits you can normally get a £150 rebate for the court fee but the CAB will confirm this.
