Hi

On the morning of bankrutcy i will be withdrawing money from a post office card account do i need to put this down as cash inhand i will also get a benefit 2 days later

If you declare it as cash in hand then the OR may want you to pay some or all of it straight away. Once you are declared BR you will normally have a quick call with the OR or their assistant and they will ask how much money you have in the bank. If you have more than they think you need to survive until your next pay/benefits they will ask you to pay some.

I put £440 on ours, and they werent fussed. As long as its less than a months expenses as per your SOA, it should be fine.
