Afternoon folks,

I wondered if anyone could give me some advice on this matter please?
I have recently received a pay rise of £90 per month. Will I need to inform the OR and Moon Beever about this? If so, do you think they will claim it as excess funds or will they let me keep it. If they claim it, will they only be able to claim up to 70% of the £90 or can they take the whole amount?

Thank you

xmas baby

If you haven't been discharged from BR then you will need to inform the OR. The amount that they claim depends upon how much excess you have after DI. More than £100 the OR claims 50% and then there is a sliding scale that rises to 70% when you have more than £500 DI.
