Hi there

on the secured page of the forms just list your mortgage and any secured loans, try to provide as much info as possibleie property value, account numbers, outstanding balance etc
with regard to the cashminder account with the Co-op I recommend the clients that i assist do not list this on the forms (the forms are for all bank accounts where you owe money) try to get your salary and any DD's related to your home transferred onto the Co-op account as soon as possible, and cease using your other account.

On the making of the ordert the OR will freeze any accounts, as you have not listed the co-op account it will not get frozen and enable you to have access to your money. When you have the telephone interview with the OR you can let them know at that point that you have a new account, name/account number etc which you have openend for salary purposes.

Hope this helps

My partner is going bankrupt and his only account is his business account. He does not owe any money to anyone in his business and is a sole trader. Would you recommend not putting this account on the form as he wants to carry on trading and his bankruptcy is for his personal debt

If this is a personal BR then you should only put the personal creditors, bank details, etc. on the form as this isn't the business that is going BR.
