I am in the process of filling in my B.R forms and i am wondering as far as contracts eg. telephone, mobile, insurance etc, if you are not in debt to them at this present time, but know that direct debits etc will be coming out in near future, and you dont have the funds or your account will be be closed by the courts by then, what do i put them under. Im guessing they are still classed as a creditor because theyre under contract, but how much do i put i owe them?

Yes, if you cannot pay them then they will be creditors. To work out the amount owed you should multiply the amount you pay each month by the number of months remaining in the contract.
